  3. Discounts & Refunds:
    1. For discounts, please see the Siblings section above.
    2. Due to Trinity's liberal makeup policy, refunds are not offered. If you have questions regarding this policy, please call the office at (724) 444 - 3010.
  4. Payment Options:
    1. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.
    2. Auto-debit. You can sign up in the office or complete this form and turn it into the office to have your tuition automatically withdrawn from your account each month.
    3. Please note, at this time you CANNOT pay for your child's tuition online through the parent portal. We are working to make this option available in the future.
Attendance
Out of respect for other students and staff, Trinity asks that each child be on time for their classes. Classes take place weekly and gymnasts are expected to be in attendance each week. If your child is unable to attend a class, please contact the office at (724) 444 - 3010 to schedule a makeup. If your child is late for his/her class, have them stop in the office so the staff can help them find their class.
  1. Cancellations made by Trinity: Should a class be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, Trinity will send out a notice to families. In the event of winter weather, you may also check local news outlets for cancellation updates.
  2. Make Up Policy: Trinity offers a very liberal make up policy. Any class a child misses can be made up within the month in which it was missed. Classes can not be carried over into another month. Because of this policy Trinity does not refund or credit for classes your child has missed. Thank you for your understanding.
Dress Code
Trinity asks that your child dress appropriately for each class, as other clothing might pose a risk to the safety of your child or their instructor. Gymnasts are not to wear shoes or socks during class. Gymnasts should also remove all jewelry prior to the start of their class. Materials with chains or grommets are also not permitted.
Cubbies are available in the waiting area and team room for gymnasts to leave their belongings. Trinity does not monitor these spaces, so please leave valuables in those spaces at your own risk.
  1. For Girls: leotards, sport tops, and tight athletic shorts are highly encouraged; for some classes (particularly preschool) t-shirts and shorts may be deemed appropriate -- please check with your child's instructor or the front office with questions. Hair should be pulled up and out of your child's face and securely fastened.
  2. For Boys: athletic shorts and t-shirts are required; please no khakis, jeans or cargo shorts
Conduct & Behavior
Trinity asks that each gymnast conducts themselves in an appropriate and respectful way towards their coaches and other gymnasts in order to allow for each student to have a safe and fun learning experience.
  1. Before & After Class
    1. Gymnasts are expected to remain in the team room or in the waiting area before their class starts. Entering into the main gym before his/her coach is ready can increase the risks to your child's safety.
    2. Gymnasts are expected to leave the main gym with their coach upon the completion of class.
  2. During Class
    1. Gymnasts are expected follow the instructions of their coach or instructor.
    2. Gymnasts are not permitted to run around to other areas of the main gym without permission from their coach or instructor.
    3. Behavior not deemed appropriate or safe by the gymnast's coach or instructor may result in conversations with the child's parent and temporary removal from the class.
For Parents & Families
  1. Observing Classes
    1.  Parents are more than welcome to stay to observe their gymnast(s) during their classes. Trinity asks that no parent or other family member enters into the main gym without approval from a coach/instructor, as this could pose a safety risk to the gymnasts, parents and coaches.
    2. Trinity also asks that parents keep an eye on siblings that are observing to ensure that they are not entering into the main gym, throwing objects over the railings or otherwise causing potential safety risks to themselves or the gymnasts.
  2. Picking Up & Dropping Off
    1. If parents are unable to stay to observe classes, Trinity asks that they please drop their gymnast off prior to the start of class.
    2. If a parent is going to be late in picking up their gymnast, please call the front office at (724) 444 - 3010.
    3. In the event that someone other than a gymnast's parent or guardian is going to be picking up, please let the front office staff know at (724) 444 - 3010.
  3. Bringing a Friend
    1. Bringing a friend is a great way to show your gymnast's friends how fun gymnastics can be. In order for a friend to come to your gymnast's class his/her parent or guardian must complete the Bring a Friend Form and the Trinity Gymnastics Waiver found here.
Privacy & Social Media Posting
Trinity is committed to ensuring the privacy and safety of each member of the Trinity Family. This commitment extends to online usage as well. Trinity will not post any images of your child on its social media accounts, website, or in any print materials without your written permission. A copy of the photo release can be found here.
